Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) is a national grants-making body, which provides funding and capacity building assistance to civil society
organisations for promoting Human Rights and Good Governance in Bangladesh. Capacity development of human resources, especially of the dis-advantaged
groups, is one of the mandates of MJF. "Programme on marginalised women for advancement [cigv]" is an initiative under "Excluded People's Rights" (EPR)
project funded by UKAid to encourage women for building their professional career. MJF has been conducting this program since 2010 and till date, more
than 200 women have participated.

MJF is announcing “Call for application” from interested participants for the seventh batch of “Programme on marginalised women for advancement [cigv]”
Who can apply?
- Women from marginalised communities (ethnic minority, disability, dalit etc.)
- Minimum educational qualification is graduate (B.A/BSC/B.COM/BSS) from any discipline
- Spirit of volunteerism and high level aspiration of self-career development as well as of supporting others through providing development assistance and services.
Interested candidates should apply with one page “Expression of Interest” (in Bangla or in English) elaborating the rationale behind the application.
